Jeremiah 17:8

I was praying to the Lord for help me in guidance as KSBJ was played in the background and then I heard "Jeremiah 17:8". So I looked it up.....

"He is like a tree planted beside the waters

that stretches out its roots to the stream:

It fears not the heat when it comes,

its leaves stay green;

In the year of drought it shows no distress,

but still bears fruit."

I'm thinking that the Lord is telling me that I should always have faith because He's there for me regardless. Times may SEEM tough, just like a drought, but theres always roots leading to the stream. I should trust in God and there will be hope. I can always give it up to Him for that heavy weight on my shoulders and He'll respond. I should always have faith in the Lord and things will turn out great, even though it seems tough......the leaves WILL stay GREEN!!!
