The Danger of "Pharaoh"
I was planing on writing something different here. I was planing but it did not turn out this way because today I learned the hard way that "Pharaoh" is dangerous.
I adore that game. I loved it long time ago already, I was already then spending hours playing it, increasing the prosperity of my town/city, trading, producing, in short managing the city. But then I had my parents who would call me to eat, to bed to whatever activity was necessary. Back then I had my brother who would also want to play and not just look. That was back then.
Today I am alone, without my parents and without Andrea. And so when I started playing I forgot about the time. I did not have my watch or anything with the time but well, I was not too worried.
.... I had to meet Jess at 14:00. I started to play around 10:30. I managed to stop (with a great effort of mind) it was 13:45....
And again tonight. No cell phone, no watch, but well how long can it take to finish this mission? .... it is again way pass the time it should be.
Therefor I have learned my lesson, play Pharaoh only when you have loooong time ahead of you! ^.^
P.S. I chose the mission with war this time over the building tombs mission, let's see how I fare at this one but I fear for my town...
