Broke as a joke this week - the paycheck I use to pay my mortgage always makes for a rough couple of weeks. My Sunday was spent making bread and more marmalade. The bread is a simple batter bread - sweet with unsalted butter and light and tender. Last week, I made tangelo marmalade.
