So this past week or so I've been watching S3 & S4 of due South. I mean, it's been years since I've last watched the show and all of a sudden about a week and a half ago I had a total preggers craving (not that I'm with child or anything but, you know, it's one of those cravings... you know the one that when it hits you just can't sit still until you get it?) for Ben and RayK and Dief, and fuck, even Turnbull (who is a darling :D). And so once the craving hit, I was gone, man. I dotted it, filed it, and stuck it in a box marked done, ya know? I had to watch and it just reminded me: GOD DO I LOVE THIS SHOW, EEE.
I remember watching it way back when. I'd come home from school, go to my room, do some homework and around 5pm they'd show an episode on TNT or TBS or something and yeah, love. <3
Which brings me to my point. Funnily enough, I got a movie from the Netflix ripoff Blockbuster in the mail and it was Code Name: The Cleaner in which stars none other than, my darling, Callum Keith Rennie. And omg Callum. I mean, he's in Battlestar Galactica every now and again but I haven't seen him in anything new (-ish) in such a long time that I was kind of pleasantly surprised/shocked to see him. Now, the movie has a few good laughs but other than that is pretty crappy but Callum. God, I love watching him. XD
Have I mentioned that he's still hot? Because he is. At nearly 47 years old, I still find him as sexy as when he was years ago when I first saw him in dS.
And seeing him in action in a recent film so soon after watching him in dS made me notice one, major thing. Now, I haven't seen any other things he did around the time dS was airing but he had suuuuch a cute accent! And I don't know if it was for his character or what (though I assume that it was) but dammit. I wish he could sound like that all the time. *sigh* It's kind of embedded in my mind now and yeah. HOT. XD
(And because I remembered that I had them. Guh. Yeah, that last is my favorite. :D)
