A clinic is a medical practice. Ms. Unohana is a healer. But the clinic has become the first stop for most anyone who appears here, and it's a very large area with a lot of rooms. She heals people quickly, so they usually don't stay too long when they're wounded, so they've taken the sick-rooms and renovated them into bedrooms.
