Oh DePaul, you mass of Evil, you!
A couple of days ago I got a call from a woman named Holly. All she said on the message was her first name, that she was calling for DePaul University, and a phone number. The number did not work. So I called Lincoln Park and asked if there was a Holly in student accounts (the only department I could think of that would be calling me). There was not. So I decided to wait until she called me back, which she did today.
Turns out, DePaul had sent my bill to a collection agency (thanks for letting me know that!). Well, I had sent DePaul $400 of the $900 that owed before Christmas, which they deducted on Jan. 6th, according to my bank statement. The collection agency had no record of this! After all, why would DePaul tell them that I had paid anything on it?
So she's going to call them and get back to me tomorrow. Gee, I'd really been missing that wonderful feeling of being screwed over by DePaul! < /sarcasm >
So lets see...other things going on...
I talked to toyish today! She's going to try and come see me sometime in the next couple of weeks! *claps* So that will be fun. There really isn't anything else. Work, that's about it.
