[When Sniper comes to use the phone, he can hear Crowe having an argument, and then he hangs up the phone. He sits down in a nearby chair with his head in his hands. He mutters something to himself quietly.]

Of course I have. Everyone over there must be going through hell. How can we just leave them?! But... there's just nothing I can think at this point... not that I even had a bloody clue to being with...

Good, then you are doing something.

This is going to hit everyone hard. We know they'll come back but we also know it wont be good. They are going to give up. Soon there will only be a few of us willing to pick up the fight. Someone has to or else we all lose.

It doesn't matter how much you've managed so far. What matters most is that you keep trying because then there's a chance. If you give up we lose any hope that you might find the solution and the rest of us are handicapped for it.
