[Due to a certain declaration of martial law, Sniper is going to make his own declaration over the phone.]
Hello everyone. Just incase that little declaration of martial law worried you, I'll make my own little announcement. Anyone that get's attacked may find shelter on Williams Road for the time being.
I'll be there and any who want to help me out can come as well. I am keeping my weapons and don't think I'll bow down to someone who isn't paying me.
I hope any from RED or BLU hears this and agrees that we won't be put down so easily.

[Sniper can be found on his roof at 1247 Williams Road. He has a butcher knife on his belt, a few jars of unknown yellow liquid and his rifle. Also plenty of shells. He'll be camping out up high where he can watch this road and some of the neighboring roads.
