I'm coming home next weekend! ^0^ Monday's conversation with Mom (we were talking x-mas presents)
Mom: And you can see for yourse-Aaaaaa!
Carolyn (freaked out): What? What happened?
Mom: You come home next weekend!
Carolyn: *slightly annoyed sigh* No, I don't, I come home the 15th-- which is next week! Yes!
Now I just need to write the paper that's due in 9 hours and work out my schedule for next semester and oh yeah, finals, and then I'm back in Seattle! And may I say that it better snow for me. If y'all got snow in NOVEMBER, it can snow for me in December. I want a white Christmas, dammit! Mims calls me up and talks about how her fingers are freezing holding the cell phone and I'm all "Cold would be nice~," thinking nostalgic thoughts about walking to school in 30/40 degree weather.
Hmmm...I've just realized how much I complain on this lj. To set the record straight, I actually like UH a lot. Aside from it being ridiculously warm, I love Hawaii. I just happen to update whenever I'm teetering between procrastinating and panicking about how I've been procrastinating. I'm actually procrastinating right now, but it's only a two page paper and I'm going to start it just as soon as I finish this entry. Really. Right after I check my facebook. I'll start, I swear.
