Why me?
Orientation went really well, in some parts. I met a lot of great people, specially some really cute girl named Ashley Adams (what a crappy last name =P ), odd that she had the same last name. And I know there is no relation lol. My room mate was cool, and I met a senior history major who was cool too and told me all the best professors to take! The staff there was cool and able to connect with us at a teenage-like level. It felt almost like summer camp. Pity that it was only a day n a half. I wanted Intro to Sociology but it was all filled so I got stuck with Statistical Analysis or some other not fun math class. Other than that I got what I want, specially a humanisitcs I class with this awesome professor. Humanistics is a history class, in case you didn't know. Not sure if all the college's have the same names for their classes or not. *shrug* interesting thing to find out if your really really really really bored.
I climbed the medium difficulty rock wall with ease! I am such an awesome climber. =D Go me! Rapelling is a lot more fun after you've climbed up it.
My boss, for some odd reason gave me most of this week off so life should be fun since I can somewhat try to have a life. We'll see how it goes. David leaves the 6th of July and Kyle works like mad. I wonder how Megan will take david leaving. They hang out a lot and 7 months is a long time. Hell, even I'll miss the kid.
In other good news around the world, umm Im still talking with Meagan from muh European trip so thats good. Melinda, a girl who I used to work with, invited me to a bbq type device. It seemed almost out of nowhere that she talked to me, but hey its good to have friends. So I called her, like she told me to n we talked for about an hour. Fun stuff, even if it was about not so fun topics. But I know her life will get better. ^_^ it just takes time, somedays. And I might also get to hang out with Amanda, monday after 6pm. It seems like I have to make an appointment to see her....such a busy girl.
Wow it seems like I have a lot of girl friends. SO lets talk about the guy friends I have. Umm....Kyle well he works...and works...and still works....and works some more. Trey, yea I wish I could get in on his 40k thing but c'est la vie. Matt and Zach are up in Minnesota and wont be back until the end of this week. How sad, muh best friends are gone. I noticed the other day that I got really defensive when someone *not saying who* said a semi-bad thing about Matt. Thats about it guys and gals.
Oh one last random note, Jil was actually nice to me today at Megans party....I wonder what got into her. AND david singed his arm hair saving the grass from certain firey doom. I am proud to say that I stood by as Medical Services should they be needed and luckily they were not. XD Go me once again!
