So, in addition to the diet I've started running/working out again. It's been pretty good and the park we live near now is soooo pretty that it barely feels like I've run half an hour. Running by the coast like last time was just a chore because the landscape was dull dull dull.
This will be my third day of no work and time to myself. I'm a completely different person already. The low level of stress and crap at my old job meant any additional day-to-day stress just turned me into a complete wreck and not a very nice person. Exercise is likely helping somewhat, but i really feel just completely different. HURRAY.
Having talks with Greg about the sex thing. It just really won't do.
Helen got a cute furry hamster. I need to meet it. I just dooo. It's called Raichu! And they even scurry about in tiny balls. I feel a battle coming on.
