Generic UK Snow Post
So like many of the other 'lucky' residents of the UK we finally got proper snow down here in Kent. They kept telling us it was going to come at the weekend (it didn't), whilst I argued that it wouldn't come till Tuesday (it did) and now I'm kind of wishing that we hadn't got it at all.
Maidstone wasn't so bad, three inches of snow but nothing more than that really but my hometown? Yeah it's been snowing on and off all now since 6pm and there is at least a good two inches of snow on my car that was clear when I came home. It also means that there is a nice layer of at least four or more inches around the town. And I have work tomorrow 3-10.

Oh well. At least if I get stranded at work I'll be in a giant superstore with food, clothing, water and shelter which beats being trapped on the motorway like some people were yesterday. I've done the whole being trapped in a traffic jam before on the M25; three hours of nothing but thankfully I was trapped with friends and the nearest service station was only a five minute walk so we could go to the toilets if we wanted. Ended up playing UNO with a lorry driver who was stopped next to us.
Because I still can't get over the fact that I saw Adam FREAKING Lambert in the flesh on Monday night I'm just going to post this video here. This song from the concert just makes me want to cry.
