Prom... what else were you expecting?
Prom was fantastic. I hadn't been really looking forward to it, especially after the great time I had at Gar-Field's, but i started looking forward to it earlier this week.
Susan came to my hair appt again, that was fun. I love having her come along!
Prom prep was fun, took my time, raided my guard makeup. Even took a catnap in an insanely uncomfortable position because i didn't want to ruin my hair.
Everyone came to my house for pictures and that was cool. Christina was the only one not to be sporting a red dress. But she was wearing flip flops, I brought flip flops along, but didn't wear them into the dance because i didnt want to take pictures with 'em.
Dinner was a lot of fun. We got to Prom about 10ish, Kyle and I and Nienie and Kerry all went and took pictures immediately, then hit the dance floor. The DJ wasn't all that bad either. Got to introduce Kyle to a lot of people which was great. He finally gets to put faces with names now, lol, its about time!
Afterwards we went to my dad's. That wasn't too bad. We were pretty much dead, so we put on a movie and people dozed off. I was wide awake after the movie ended and luckily Matt and Brian were too. We talked with my mom for a while, and then about 4 i went over to see if anybody else was awake. No one else was, so I waited, Kyle got up a lil later after i shook him awake! Haha, that sounds mean, but he was somewhat awake when I shook him. Plus, I was bored. So he, matt and i all played goldfish for a lil bit and I only managed to get 1 measly pair. How sad is that? I'm just not very good at card games, unless its speed, I kick ass at speed. When 5 rolled around, Kyle and I went to sleep. And I was out. I didn't hear my phone's alarm go off at 8 to get matt up or my dad's grandfather clock go off at 6 or 7. At 9 I kinda woke up, but laid on the couch until a lil after noon.
Everything was great, a lot of fun. A great way to end the prom season, lol. Can't wait til I get my pics developed tomorrow!
