Dinah had gone to bed happy after a date with Jaime, crashed out hard, and then promptly gotten an update from City of Giant Robots.

There had been a call to Priestly for a sanity check; time spent in Robinson Park, and then hope hope hoping that tonight's sleep would be calm....

No response yet to Dinah's phone message to Jak. Karla had raised some points a couple days ago that Dinah had to reluctantly admit might be sensible. No word back yet from Tony, but she suspected he'd say a lot of the same things: going to Jak's location was a bad idea, think of something else, et cetera, and so on. Friday night's dream started with a bang.

"WATCH IT, JAK!"-- a turret exploded --and then Jak and Daxter were climbing onto a roof, scaling down to a skylight.

Still no joy from Portalocity. But at least knowing Jak was alive had let Dinah relax a little, and Helena had promised to come along to wherever Dinah was going when she finally went, to be back-up and try to get Jak out.
