Weekend...
Gah! 22 sides of my tiny fiddly handwriting to type up! The relief of having practically finished (still not happy with the conclusion) the writing of yet another essay is marred by this dreary but mandatory task. I'm hoping that getting re-acquainted with my essay in its entireity will help me in polishing off the conclusion though, so there could be an up-side to it.
In an attempt to remind myself that i still have a life and that i can go outside for other reasons than to go to work, Alan and i went for lunch at the pub around the corner with Carl and Cat and Sam today. It was very nice even though they have changed the food quite a bit. It is less studenty now, all well presented and faffy! Not what i'd expected them to do at all. But it was good to be out and Sam entertained us all quite a bit. We al left when the football types all started to arrive though - i'm not keen on being in pubs when its that sort of atmosphere. But i am going around to Cat's on Wednesday afternoon to learn how to sell stuff on Ebay!
So at the moment i am sat in front of the computer, with about 5 windows open, one of which being work - one being a conversation with Cat and the other 3 being distractions of various sorts! Alan is in the other room in front of the PS2.
