Pre-Appraisal...
Despite my determination to be cheery with everybody, no one seems to be responding to me. I cannot get a conversation out of any of them. So for now i have given up trying to do so. Instead i have turned my attentions to the form i am supposed to fill out prior to my appraisal tomorrow afternoon.
-- What aspects of your job interest you the most?

-- What aspects of your job do you do best?
-- What aspects of your job could you improve on?
None of these really strike me as pertinent to someone on the bottom rung of the admin ladder. Not that i'm saying i don't have a right to my opinion, but that i have nothing to have an opinion about as mostly i am not interested in the job at all, and my job is pretty much to do what i am told on an hour by hour basis. I have very few tasks that are just 'mine' to do, and only received a copy of my job description for the first time with these damn questions.
