I've done physical therapy for 2 months and the plantar fasciitis in my right foot has gotten mostly better. There is one spot on the bottom of my heel that won't stop hurting. Back to the doctor on Friday. My left hip feels better than it had been. The exercise that helped the most is lying on a flat surface and hanging my left leg down and stretching the offending muscle.
I went to a Otolaryngologist (again) to (again) address my sinus issues. He did the same thing as the first one did. I complain about not being able to breathe through my nose, he squirts nasal spray in my nostrils so that I can breathe, then says, "You can't use this one regularly. Here is a prescription for something else." ...something that does not work, like, at all. And tells me it isn't sinus issues, it's migraine issues.
This time he sent me to a neurologist. The neurologist says the ENT didn't really know why I get the headaches and nasal congestion sometimes from the smell, other times from consuming something when none of it is allergies.
She gave me a prescription at the onset of a headache and another for the nasal congestion. Which means I won't get a migraine, like, ever. Sidenote: the most recent migraine was a couple of weeks ago: fresh parsley. The dried stuff you get in the spice aisle has no effect. But that was well before the Dr. appointment. Ah well.
