LJ And Work Stuff
First a HUGE thank you to huntress69 who bought for me another year of LJ. I owe you an extra special picspam. And my soul. Thank you to ant3ka and spnworld26 for the pumpkin cookies, yummm!
Like a number of other people I am not exactly thrilled about the look of the new friends' feed. Where are everyone's emotion icons? Maybe that will be one of the fixes during the beta stage. Everyone is gravitating more and more to dreamwidth. I crosspost from there often, but even their journal entry composition page does not have as many features as lj. Even if DW catches up, I'm still staying here.
In other news, I had to work last night. A normal 12 hour shift turned into 13 hours due to the time change. I admit having an extra hour ensured being able to get everything done ahead of schedule, but it also dragged longer than we cared for. I suppose it wouldn't have been that bad if it weren't for having patients that are way too needy and some of whom are down right obnoxiously rude and have no idea they are being rude and accuses the staff of being rude to them for not being their 24/7 servants. Whew.
Speaking of work, it has caused me to fall behind on Castle and Supernatural as well as nanowrimo. Gotta remedy that asap.
