I should be studying, but I'm too tired to retain anything. I took lots of pictures around town today, but I need to post these pictures from England before I post the others.
It was strongly recommended that we visit the Roman Baths in the evening, after the crowds died down and the torches were lit. It was a brilliant idea, and I'm sure I enjoyed the time I spent there much more because of it. As I sat by the water, I looked up and realized that I was enjoying a little piece of heaven. You could feel the large gaps of time all around you; starting with the ancient Roman baths, jumping to the medieval abbey, and then gliding into the Georgian Pump Room, and on to the present. It was a magical experience. So much history in one little place.
