This afternoon while I was busy yakshaving, working on getting my room a little cleaner, I came across the USB data cable that came with my phone. I had played with it a little when I'd first bought the phone, years ago, but had failed to get it working at the time. Ooh! Ooh! Can I see if the cable fits my old phone? I have a bazillion phone numbers I can't rescue. It's a long shot, but it would be *so* worth it.

Sure! Do you have a Sanyo phone? I also have an old Samsung cable I'm trying to get rid of, but I doubt I know anybody who has a phone it would work with.

Sprint Connection Manager

aaaagh flashbacks to yesterday's three-hour migraine of Sprint "support" involving Sprint Connection Manager during phone call #6. not your fault. sprint-- sprint-- sprint--

I've been pretty happy with Sprint as long as I don't need ANYTHING from their customer support, or to make any changes to my account. Ugh.

I am happy to be able to go around Spring CM now. :)

I would have been ok with $.15/picture; it's the $3-$15 per pic/movie upload that bugged me, plus a (theoretical) required $5 monthly subscription to "Picture Mail."

I do like this phone. As far as phonecams go, it's a fairly nice one, at least when there's enough light. It's also taken some favorites of mine such as this one of me in the sun and this one of my goofy son.
