Data Squad! Aired at 1:30 AM in my timezone, haven't found any torrents, nothing on Youtube except clips from the PS2 game. It's frustrating.
But from what I have heard about it, I'm going to agree that unnecessarily forced high-pitched voices sound bad no matter what language they're in. And if anyone's complaining about Agumon's voice now, they should go back and watch the dub of Frontier. ;D
...It'd be a shame to watch the Savers subs first now, when I've been waiting for the dub practically since the season started. Even if ryuu_rogue look like they're doing pretty well with them.
Also, one of these days I'm going to get rid of most of my journal tags and replace them with some that are actually helpful. Bah.
eta: So apparently Agumon's voice in the series sounds slightly different to the one in the game... Damn!
I've listened to the opening, though. General consensus seemed to be that it was better than seasons 1 to 3 and not as catchy as 4's, but more "anime-like" than either. I'm going to have to jump on the bandwagon there. Maaan, why did Tamers never get a dub opening which was actually good?
