Never mind my thoughts on Avatar. Those can come after HP.
Going to see OotP tomorrow! Finally. I highly suspect this will be the most interaction I have with anybody else in person for the rest of the summer holidays. You could view that as a bad thing, or you could view it as more time for LJ and fic. :D I'm going with the second one for now.
What I want to do is sit at the back of the theatre in front of the projector and, during a really dramatic scene (I was thinking courtroom, but some point during the Department of Mysteries might work as well) wave Henry the hatpuppet in front of it, so it would be overshadowed by a giant dog/mouse-shaped... shadow, really. Blonde friend says she and her cohorts did that during PotC 2, with popcorn.
I probably won't get the opportunity, though, which is just as well considering it'd be kind of an asshole-ish thing to do. When did I develop a conscience?
(And I need a new name for Henry the hatpuppet, even if this one has started to grow on me. I don't even ship Jenri, never mind the images the puppet brings up...)
Thoughts on the movie will follow tomorrow, if I'm not tripping over with fatigue by the time we arrive home. I get the feeling I will be, though. ._.

In other news, Zuko/Luna is love! ♥ Okay, okay, I admit I've been convinced. I drew a picture of them together - well, Zuko getting rained on and Luna skipping around in the puddles nearby, as a turtle duck looks on with good-natured confusion. It's really kind of cute, even if I do fail at drawing basic anatomy and one of Zuko's hands seems to be twisted upside-down.
At times like this, I wish I could be assed to fix my scanner. Oh, and make a new dA. I've got two LJ-substitutes at this point, but I still haven't made a new dA.
Forcing myself to start writing fic again just so I can brush up on my prose in preparation for the Snorkack log? Now, why would I do a thing like that?
