Tonights dinner

Lamb roast: marinated 24hours in garlic, worcestorshire sauce & rosemary with a couple of cloves chucked in for good luck.
bringing it to room temps now & have slathered with seeded mustard.
pre-boiled vegies (taters, pumpkin, sweet taters).

plus pavlova for dessert, prvided by Rhiannon who will be partaking in the lamb, along with jed's friend Joey.

yum.

very aussie meal too, btw.
