I'm a lucky girl--this guy (my hubby) has taken the day off to spend with me on my birthday!
Next stop - The St. Lawrence Market to pick up food for dinner tonight.

This is really cool - these are some of the old chairs from the stadium mounted on the wall in the shape of a maple leaf!

Dropped the kids back at school and the sun has come out!
Stopped to pick up a plaque for our trophy - we won a monkey bar challenge we had with some other families a few weeks ago. Our family went across the monkey bars the most times.
Back at home and giving our cat Ginger a cuddle.
Picking the kids up from school and we grabbed a few of their friends to walk home.
Time to get ready for the evening with a glass of wine! We were supposed to have friends over, but one couple's daughter became unexpectedly ill, so we moved the party to their house so they would't have to miss it and she could sleep in her bed upstairs.

My gift! We all recently started skating together. The kids all have helmets and some of the adults do, and I was thinking that if I make the kids wear one I should too, so this was the perfect gift!!
