Online dating and race

It's a natural progression to go from spending too much time on facebook to trolling the internet for undateable women on nerve.

The one thing that jumped out at me is that the older the women were the more specific they were in what they wanted. So you have all this pre-selected criteria which you can choose from but instead of picking a feature (tall, hairy, built, education), many times it simply just had race.

Me
Name: Judy
Age: 29
From: Anywhere, USA
Lives: New York, NY
Kids: Yes
Cats: Yes
Drugs: none
Drinks: light drinker
Smokes: No
Race: White

You
Race: White

Nothing wrong with knowing what a gal wants. i guess race was towards the bottom of what i thought would be most important which makes online dating pretty demoralizing.. but then again what isn't demoralizing about online dating?

What's strange is that white people don't age well, and these are people who're getting older. Most white people i know seemingly have way more body issues and spend too much time trying to cover it up with too much make up, draping schemes, and radical dieting.

Perhaps, it's the idea of having mixed children? Hmm.. my sister's a halfsie and she either carries it well or it just works for her.

I'm 27, and if girls my age can't figure it out, i'll wait it out until the race sentiment changes. I hope mixed multilanguaged children will make inroads to the point where they'd be considered more desirable because if not the alternative is that a majority of people on online dating websites are racist. Which raises the concern that deep down a lot of people who aren't online feel this way.
