At long last

I don't even remember the last time I wrote in this. Lemme check to see how much I should try to update. Wow. I haven't written anything on this since October 3rd. Almost 3 months. That's a lot of catching up but I know that most of you guys won't read this if I fill it up so I'll try to divide it up by main events in whatever order they come.

Weird name but that was what we had as a stress relief on the last day before the beginning of exam week. This event had quite a few stations. There was mini golf, human bowling, arts and crafts, the Eagles game, DDR and a massage parlor. There might have been other things but that was all I saw. I, of course, stayed at the DDR machine seeing as I was the president of the club. In total I'd say about 20+ people played so that was great news. I also got 2 or 3 possible members for the club. For the most part we were playing normally and these rookies go in between. Suddenly this guy steps up and starts doing all this crazy stuff and we're all like, "Where did he come from?" And then these two other amazing players come up so it was quite nice to see that there were actually people interested. That was about it for stress busters.

It was one of the last days of my stay in college before I came to Brasil and I had gone to the mall to buy some stuff that my parents wanted. They asked for sun tan lotion, Pepperidge Farm cookies, a book and a DVD. Sun tan lotion was impossible, maybe because it was winter. Just maybe. The DVD was sold out at every store I went to. I managed to find the cookies and book though so that was good. After that I looked for the arcade I had heard about. I went there and there was a DDR machine and of course dozens of people around it. I bought my coins and then stood in line some time before realizing that I was supposed to put a coin on the screen to reserve my place. So I was about to play when this other guy, a soldier who had just came back from Afghanistan 3 hours ago and was heading to Iraq in March, came up and was going to play with me. Turns out he was part of a rather good DDR team and he was going all this crazy stuff. It was really fun. After that I got on a bus and had a talk with this deer hunter. He told me about some guns and about how he was a pretty good deer hunter and about a couple of hunting trips he went on with his dad. It was nice to listen to a story, even though it was something I wasn't particularly fond of.

I will try to update about the other things that happened and the things that are happening but I think that's as much as someone would want to read right now.
