David Rovics in Heidelberg

David Rovics, my favourite left-wing singer-songwriter, has a gig in Heidelberg! Who'd have thought I'd be attending something music-related this year? Missing Georg Kreislers last (non-music) performance last year was bad enough.

David has written a large number of really good, thoughtful songs, most of which you can get for free here. The only question I have is why he is going to perform in the Common Room of what is apparently a Mulit-Generation-House (Projekt Prisma), not exactly the first thing that comes to mind, but maybe they're really cool old hippies.

Anyway the venue is at Richard-Wagner-Str. 6, which is apparently just next to the OEG stop Kapellenweg in Handschuhsheim. The date is the 15th of April (just a day before the earliest possible date for my oral exam; I'll keep my fingers crossed). No clue about the time, but I'm going out on a limb and guess it's probably in the evening. I'll post again if I get some more info.
