i was trying to refrain from making this post, but there has been one good thing to counteract the job bullshit (that is, yes, still going on), and it is Game of Thrones. will probably be checking this book series out sometime in the future because... shit. unf. SO PRETTY. and actually a good, complex fantasy show, far removed from the flat, episodic Legend of the Seeker stuff. i don't like it on sheer principle of UNF UNF UNF, DO WANT MORE EPISODES, but i can understand why they're keeping the first and second seasons to ten episodes. quality all the way, oh yeah.
YEAH, OKAY, AND SO WHAT IF I HAVE PLATONIC CRUSHES ON EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER AND PERHAPS MORE SERIOUS CRUSHES ON THE STARK BOYS, INCLUDING THEON. i'm allowed. they're awesome. Lena Headey is lovely, and Ned is tough papa bear love, and Robb has attractive hair. and Tyrion is the cool uncle i never had. and wolf puppieeees. and naked men with hot abs. V___V i could take a hit off that shit every day.
um, this all came about because i watched a clip for the upcoming episode and keep wanting to crap myself in glee. Tyrion and Theon, you and your witty banter. HELL YES.
everyone must watch. AND THEY SHOULD WANT THIS SHOW IN THEIR BED.
in other news, i'm going to the opening of Thor with emocezi and her brood tomorrow, followed by a sleepover of doom. god, please be good. i'd like to keep this track record of awesome going. KAT DENNINGS, DON'T FAIL ME NOW.
