You know it's time to stop being pathetic when the waitress brings you free baklava and instead of being happy and eating it, you start crying and excuse yourself.

It started one of those bittersweet montages in my head and I couldn't make it stop.

I cannot go to the ocean
I cannot drive the streets at night
I cannot wake up in the morning
Without you on my mind

...but I am making the best of things.

And I'm making a whole lot of lemonade. Literally.

Apparently April is "Completely Blindside Rachel by Confessing You're in Love with Her" Month, among GUYS WITH GIRLFRIENDS.

I am still trying to find a way to get through this. It's weird how my grieving over something is always delayed. I once lost a cat, and didn't have a good cry about it until six months later.
