I went to the doctor today, and he gave me a prescription for fluoxetine (same thing as prozac), and in three weeks I'm going back to talk about the possibility of some kind of psychiatric treatment.

It's all very scary but I suppose I'm moving forwards and that's a good thing.

I have no idea how to tell my parents though.

I think I may FINALLY be almost over that darn phone-phobia XD I just called both the doctor's surgery (appointment at 08:10 tomorrow, booooooo) and my old college (picking up exam certificates later) with very little bother and no babbling.
