Got an hour and twenty minutes to write 300 words of essay before I'm off to the Stag's Head for Eurovision, haha. Should be do-able, I think :)
I forgot to mention that I took a spur of the moment day-trip to Winchester on Wednesday. I was sitting at my computer in the early afternoon knowing full well that I wouldn't work until the evening and so would probably just sit there for hours being bored, and the best thing I could think to do was hop on a train. It's only the next stop north of southampton, so with a railcard the trip only costs £2.80 return. I didn't spend that long there, enough to take a few scenic snaps and to wander down the high street. I didn't find the cathedral (probably wouldn't have been able to afford to get in anyway) but I'm told I would have walked right past it. Oh well, I'll look harder next time! The town's a lot smaller than I would have thought, but it's very pretty. Much, much prettier than Southampton, but still little. Found a craft shop where I wanted to buy EVERYTHING but managed not to. They had beautiful venetian masks, I was a little bit in love.
Anyway, on to essay. I'm completely out of it because I was knackered last night but couldn't sleep due to noisy flatmates, so I only got up a few hours ago. Sleep patterns are screwwwwed. No point sorting them out now though, what with being back in Leicester next week :)
