So I think it's kind of obvious that I hate my job. I've been doing some Big Thinking lately about what I'm actually going to do to earn money until I have the experience (and the funds) to go full out on the baking business, and I came up with... Primary School teacher. Which apparently both Antony and his mum had always expected me to become. I feel a bit late to the party on this, but whatever.

I really, really like the idea of the job, but the application process for the PGCE (or graduate training programme, or both) kiiiiiind of freaks me out a bit. Oh hai anxiety issues! I need to sort out some experience in a school for my CV and to make sure that I definitely like it, but I still need to work it around my current job. Hopefully I'll get an observation day or something for my day off, we'll see. If not, I don't start work until 4pm so I could probably do a mad rush there, I don't know.

I don't suppose anyone here has any experience with PGCEs/applications/primary schools that they could share, do they?
