thursday night horror movies at the drive in (water-washed acryllic on canvas board)
i put this up here before but some reason its not showing up for me anymore, so here we go again. this is my most recent painting. lately ive had a theatrical/movie theme going on. i have a seven-eight feet by four-five feet western painting going on, its me having a showdown with the devil. i also have a mystery, and a love/romance one in the works. this one obviously is the typical horror stabber flick. it started out being a bunch of photo size frames that would tell the story but after seeing the similarities of murderbydeaths freshman album cover i decided to blow the last on up real big and use the bottom right flames in my peice. put a little of my interests and life into it.i just have problems with my lips and the girls leg. and the floor boards perspective is off, thats what i get freehandind it late at night.......the artist formerly known as derek pharoalh
