It's been a while for the Carnival, huh?
I'm still trying to figure out if I want to put the Carnival on LJ, or on IJ. LJ would be fine, because I would hope the majority of the journals would be pre-created with background from other RPs, and there are a shitload of RPs on LJ. But I'd rather not mess with whatever legal issues LJ may decide to fuck with, and put it over on IJ. There's the possibility of Open Id, so one doesn't have to create a whole new journal over on IJ just to use the old character journal. And I like the fact you get... what, 200 icons over at IJ for free?
