Just open your mouth and say your sorry! Really, it's not THAT hard. You want to say it. He wants to hear it. And really how much proof do you need that he's not going to abandon you? He stayed with douchebag!Dean who was going to KILL him albeit indirectly.

Awe their first real fight. Cas knows that Dean is just being Dean and that it doesn't mean he doesn't care or love him. In fact it mean that he does care about him and love him because he wants to protect him even if Dean gets hurt in the process. Dean just needs to suck it up and apologize because Cas already knows he's sorry & is freaking out that he just messed up. I think Cas is just milking it a bit & he's right too. I love Future!Cas I wanna snuggle with him.

:) I knew a fight had to happen( i thought it was necessary for them to get certain things out/address certain issues), i figured this was a good place/way to have it.

Dean was an expert at tough love.

When Cas had gone to get dressed, he’d glared. When Cas had gone for a walk, he’d bitched. Before they’d met up with Chuck to gather supplies, Dean had told him he should stay home and rest; that he could handle it on his own.

Cas had ignored each and everyone one of Dean’s not so subtle hints that he was pushing himself too hard. He felt fine, but there was no convincing Dean of that. The former angel had bitten back several sarcastic retorts throughout the day; mainly because it was nice to have someone give a shit. Dean showed his concern in the most annoying ways possible.

LOL! True that.

After a few more steps Dean coughed, fidgeted, then slid his fingers in between Cas’s. Cas swallowed and tried to ignore the silly flutter of his heart. They‘d had sex, holding hands shouldn’t have been a big deal, but it felt different. Maybe because you’ve never done it before, the thought surfaced, taking Cas by surprise

Cas is getting the Dean brand of concern. It's suffocating and annoying but this is how Dean shows his love. Cas understands but he also wants Dean to receive that kind of concern (something Dean denies himself). I feel that their argument was so essential. I hope Dean will try to allow others to care for him.

This chapter was full of feelings.
