well everyone,{ i mean those of you who have taken the time to read this}...things in chicago are going ok i guess,.....i have yet to make any real friends, by that i mean any one with the same views as me...or just a person to talk to , though i hope to meet some one soon

don't worry man, i know all about starting over again in a new city with out any friends except your girlfriend. i wanna say that it will get better, but for me it didn't. the advice i give to you (so you don't end up the same way i did in lansing) is to not give up. you have to really put yourself out there to make friends, they're not gonna come to you. but i'm sure you'll do fine...you're better at making friends than i ever was for sure. if things get rough or boring and you need to talk, just call me...i'm always around. and you know, frankly, i envy you. my life is sort of at a stand still and you're off in the city. make it fun...for real, you might never get a chance to experience this ever again.
