A Public Service Announcement

-Don't get a job if you don't want to work
-Don't get a job if you're lazy
-Don't get a job if you're dishonest
-Don't get a job if you're insubordinate
-Don't get a job if you don't expect there to be consequences for your actions
-Don't get a job if you can't comprehend the concept of committment
-Most importantly, don't get a job at PacSun Store #89 in The Columbia Mall and expect to get away with ANYTHING LESS THAN HARD WORK AND COMMITTMENT TO YOUR JOB, YOUR JOB WHICH YOU ARE GETTING PAID FOR.

This is going to stop.
I wish I could on-the-spot fire all SIX of them that have completely FAILED me MULTIPLE TIMES EACH in the past week (two quitters refusing to serve two weeks notice, four people calling out right before their shifts three days in a row), but I can't. But you can be damn sure they're getting written up and my conferences with them will NOT be nice. I'm sick of being nice. Clearly it is not an option to remain friends with some of the kids who work for you. Not all, but some. I refuse to be taken advantage of and I refuse to be left ONE MORE DAY in the state I have been in for the past three days, alone on $10,000 days without floor coverage or anyone who knows what they're doing, in constant jeopardy of a serious loss prevention issue due to lack of floor coverage (not to mention the customer service and tasking/housekeeping issues); the stress is monumental, worse than any stress I've ever been put under. It's taking a serious serious toll on my physical, emotional, and mental health. And the worst part is knowing that there is no relief in sight.

Don't get a job if you're going to be completely worthless.
