[Amagai steps out to the field behind 3rd's barracks and smiles. He'd gotten an exercise already... One that he used frequently. He had colored ribbons set out, as well as limits to where someone could run. He wanted to train those who weren't so good at working with others... And knew he was going to have a hell of a time with the Ichimarus

[Though he's there and wearing his blue ribbon, he's less than enthused about the whole thing. He liked idea much better before he suspected that there were traitors in the division. He doubts much of anything will come of this exercise now.]

Listen, there's a version of me somewhere that's only three feet tall. He's one of the only normal mes in this place, so it would be upsetting if he got stepped on.

Izuru, all that matters to me is people attend and try. If we sit and do nothing, what are we doing? Are we really doing our duty as members of the Gotei 13?

For myself, I want to do all I can to better this Squad.
