[Amagai steps out to the field behind 3rd's barracks and smiles. He'd gotten an exercise already... One that he used frequently. He had colored ribbons set out, as well as limits to where someone could run. He wanted to train those who weren't so good at working with others... Listen, there's a version of me somewhere that's only three feet tall. He's one of the only normal mes in this place, so it would be upsetting if he got stepped on.

I want them to learn they can rely on one another. I think it's important for everyone in the Gotei 13 to know they are not alone.
