have you ever gone to go see a movie that someone else wanted to go see, but you didn't really care one way or the other if you saw it? travis, andrea, and i just got back from seeing napoleon dynamite at the cine capri in scottsdale. travis really wanted to see it, and it was the only movie out that i hadn't seen (except for de-lovely and cinderella story, which i would rather diving into a swimming pool filled with double-edged razor blades than see that gay crap), so we went out to scottsdale. dude, it was hilarious. i'm used to movies with points. you know, protagonist and antagonist, there is a goal to be reached, all that. this one didn't really have a point or a moral that i know of, but it was awesome. on the travis movie scale, i'd give it an 8.
also, before the movie, i went over to travis's dad's house where travis is house sitting. i had my first rum and coke. it wasn't half bad. then me and travis got some of his dad's cohiba cigars and smoked them outside. man, was i buzzed. sufficiently. i love cohibas.
anyways, that was my day. tomorrow i have to do summer movie fun, which is a lot of dealing with a crapload of kids for 4 hours. it's not fun, but it pays. cya
