ok, so does anyone have suggestions for how to do any of the following?
intranet search
set up dc++ to work behind camp hamp's firewall:
a) so i can search hampshire
or
b)so i can get to another university
anything that will connect to the outside world filesharingwise THAT DOESNT USE PORTS
any way to route ports on my local machine that will make it so i can use emule etc despite port 4662 disabled on hampshire's firewall
good sites for bittorrent... torrents.... anyway
anything like good ol dc++ at rpi i can set up:
or just info online about doing stuff like that
