I still wish I updated more. but I feel like I have nothing to say most of the time. I haven't updated since January. That's ridiculous.
So I'm going to give myself something to say. Let's discuss and record my weight loss. Doesn't that sound exciting!! Borrrrrrring. But maybe it will get me back in the habit.
Last Saturday I stepped on my wii fit for the first time in almost 2 years. I like to use it for the daily body test. It's a nice way to keep track of your results and progress. This is what last five days have looked like for me. These numbers are BMI not poundage.
08/07 - 33.11
08/09 - 33.32
08/10 - 33.56
08/11 - 33.49
08/12 - 32.98

I started my period on the ninth so I'm not too hard on myself for the gain in those few days. Yesterday was the first day I actually "dieted" and the results are encouraging. I guess I'll keep that up. Let's hope I don't chew someones head off. Literally. I get hungry. :( But I know that will pass. My body is used to probably 3000 calories a day so it will take some getting used to. My roommate is a huge inspiration. When we met we were both chubby and we would indulge together like two fatties. But it was a bonding thing. About two years ago she got fed up and really intensely dieted. Now she's teensy and cute and I'm still a tubo. So this is the intense Ashlie Samora diet of 2010! No alcohol either. For a minimum of 30 days. Excluding the few beers at Oniells I need to drink to finish off my stamp card. A free engraved pint glass is important!

A few years ago I was really into the gym and lost about twenty pounds. I have since gained all that back. My goal is to get to the lowest I was at that point. I am in a wedding in October and I would like to look foxxxy. I'm not expecting to get down to where I was in this amount of time but I would like to be close. I feel like I have zero time to go to the gym but even just a few days a week would be nice. One hurdle at a time though. I'll start with booze and food.
