I like the ellipticals, but I consider them to be "lazy" cardio. I would do about 500 calories in 30 minutes, but I felt like it didn't compare AT ALL to running three miles on a track. I recommend (if possible) you find a track with sexy girls on it, or move to Austin and run here (we have sexy girls).
You gotta do some weights man. A huge guy like you would look pretty awesome with even a month of muscle work.
Then you could just stomp around all day being nice to people.
