Well, the Sun came up this morning. SEPTA was still on strike. And the Phillies are still back-to-back NL Champions. I am so proud of the Phillies. They are three-time NL Eastern Division champs. And they will be back to the playoffs in 2010! Yes, I am disappointed but I can't wait for next year. GO PHILLIES! Make Harry proud!

Well, tonight's the night. The Phillies will finally know who they are playing in the World Series. Boston managed to stave off elimination by beating the Rays in St Pete, 4-2. Tonight's the last game at Yankee Stadium. Wish I could have taken melvh to it. I got to go to the Cathedral only twice. Once when they played the Twins and last year when they played the Rays.
