Boston - Chazz
Boston.
Chazz remembered Boston very well. And although he had completely outclassed Jimmy MacElroy, he tried to forget that town, because there he had proven himself an idiot during a moment of weakness.
After his defeat, Jimmy had looked completely beaten. After the ceremony his coach had tried to give him some candy, but MacElroy senior had seen it and had forbid it.
Jimmy’s face had looked just like a kicked puppy.
That night Chazz couldn’t sleep. Only after he had phoned the room service and had ordered some Boston cream pie for Jimmy, he had been able to sleep.

Jimmy had fond memories of Boston, although he had lost to Chazz and his father had therefore forbidden him from taking the sweets his coach had offered to him.
This rejection, together with his defeat, had filled his eyes with tears.
Later that night, room service knocked on his door. Jimmy had been still awake and his pillow had been soaking wet. A waiter had handed him a tray of Boston cream pie, a present from an anonymous admirer.
Jimmy had hesitated only a moment and after he had eaten it all, he had been finally able to sleep.
