Where to start?
So it has been a crap ton of a long time since I updated!
I just want to say GO PHI MU! We have 14 lovely ladies now called Phis. I am WICKED proud of us!! I love them all!! But a wicked cute story about one of them...So today Derek came up for his lunch break and we were sitting in the patio area between Clark and Kil. Mandi walked by. I of course yelled Hi!! I didn't expect anything other than a hi back, but I got something much better!! She walked all the way over to where Derek and I were and gave me the hugest hug!! It was great!!! I was so excited!!
So Andy left for Iraq yesterday...:::tear:::...I knew this day would come, but that doesn't mean it was easy to say goodbye. He will be gone until at least next December which really sucks! It was hard enough to have him in Texas, now he is all the way over in damn Iraq!! I just hope everything goes fine and I don't have to kick his ass...
I am glad I am school because I get to see all the sisters, but I hate not being at home and with my family and Derek. It sucks not getting see them all as much as I had this summer. I really miss being such a big part of Jenny's life. I know that she is growing up and really needs me there and I am just not there for her like I should be. I just hope that I am able to spend more time with her now that recruitment is over. My mom and I talk like everyday now. So that is nice. I guess my brother and his wife got the key to their house and are all moved in! Katlynn of course doesn't like not being with Grandma everyday. But I am sure things will get better once Autumn is born in January. :-)
Derek is doing great with his new job! He loves being close to me here in Ashland. But I know that he hates the drive everyday so hopefully that will give him more motivation to get an apartment!! :-) I really love having him here everyday. I just hope that I am able to stay on top of my homework so that I don't fall behind on anything. But it is great because he knows that he gets here right after my classes or tutoring so he knows I have homework and he is usually very supportive. He makes me settle down and do my homework too so that is great!
But other than that there isn't much going on. I try to talk to Josh as much as I can so that he doesn't start getting sad again. I just don't know how much help I am being sometimes. I hope that he knows I am only trying to help and not piss him off. He really is a great guy and a really great friend so I hope things work out for him. If I could get him to move back home and come back to Ashland I would feel a lot better about his state and what-not. We will have see what happens.
But really that's about all I got. I have to go meet Melissa now....I'M OUT
