moving.. yay. or not... really.
So, other than the major issue of having the date moved up a month, so not having enough saved up...
The car breaking down...
Twice.
Dunno. Guess things will be fine. Eventually.
For now, my very FIRST rent check bounced. Id asked him to wait till the 3rd, when I got paid... but oh well. I shouldnt have even given him a check till the 3rd... because I didnt even get to move anything in till then anyways. My fault, when he notices Ill just give him another check plus the $50 for it getting returned.
Before the move, the alternator bracket on my car somehow snapped. So, $100 later, I have that all fixed up and replaced. But the belt isnt in good condition, and neither is the tension pulley... thing. Gotta get that replaced soon, shouldnt be more than a hundred though.
In order to have enough to even consider moving when I needed, Ive had to 'defer' two of my car payments. So thats $400 Im going to have to pay back, slowly. If at all. If whatever is wrong now is gonna take more than a hundred (which is ALL my grocery money mind you...) Im just gonna give up and get rid of the fucker. Im tired of payments. I only have two years left, technically. But Im sure I can figure out how to take the bus and bike just fuckin fine. Im only 4 miles away from work still. And with more and more going wrong, Im just tired of it. Im overdue (not by alot mind you, only like a month) for an oil change ... and fuel injection cleaning/fuel filter replacement.
But yeah... right now the car wont start. It turns over, but wont catch. Fox has it right now. I had him replace the fuel pump fuse with an extra I had... didnt help. I dont know if the fuse was good or not though. So now I need to find a ride to an auto shop to get a new fuel filter and fuse to try those first... if that doesnt work... I dont know. It may be the fuel pump itself, or a clog somewhere else in the line. fuckfuckfuck.
I hate money.
but really... at this point... Im just more of the mindset of taking care of the most important things first, and enduring. Things will be ok eventually.
Although.. it would be nice to just get rid of the extra $400 per month in bills if I can just bike to work or take the bus. Bleh.
