CD News
Forget all you have read previously about my new CD. Two weeks ago, upon listening and writing new music, I discovered that all the new songs were related. They were all written at night and had nighttime themes. I realized that this is the concept of the new CD. The title has been changed to Nocturne. I already have a cover for the album, which I will post soon, and I have 8 tracks fully completed. I am so excited about this new music. It literally takes me full circle from Leaving Town to Field Notes. The new music involves some premium instruments, samples and vocals from around the world. I've also incorporated a lot of the ambient music that I've been experimenting with on the last 3 CDs I've done. This album, upon completion, will be almost dreamlike in tone. I can't wait for it to be finished so that I can let everyone hear it. I want to write about 3 or 4 new songs and then I can think about mixing and mastering. Stay tuned -- I hoping to have it done in the weeks to come.
