PARTY IN THE HOUSE!!!! Rhian's and my graduation party was awesome, I thought anyway. I wanted to thank those who came: Muchas gracias, mis amigos.
Music: Brazilian and Spanish mixes. Everyone was pretty accepting of whatever music - they liked how it added that extra cultural flavor.
Food: Brazilian, and chiken wings. Our families agreed that Brazilian food would be good, so we had some typical dishes, both veg and non, depending on what people liked. Seemed like everyone liked it pretty well... =). Can't forget desserts: Lot's of chocolate, and more Brazilian delicacies. Yum!
Drinks: My father's policy on alcoholic beverages (namely Caipirinha cuz that was basically the only thing made that most everyone wanted): ID or parent. Lousie, Melissa, Nicolle, Yara, and I were the only underagers given permission I believe. Everyone else decided they'd mooch off those with drinks regardless of no ID or permission. Lol. Whatev - it was fun.
Fun: Talking, freeze tag in my culdesac (spelling anyone?) (Dan, Brandon, and later on Melissa were it. Rhian decided to hide in a tree as our secret weapon), tarot readings at Rhian's, Truth or Truth in the small tent, and finally, before falling asleep in Rhian's awesome tents in his backyard: lots of talking and giggling.
Breakfast: Donuts, toast, and eggs.
Then, finally: Pants signings and Pirates of the Caribbean.
All in all, it was a wonderful party.
