have you ever eaten something that just made you pause and stare at it and go 'huh.'? I had in my apartment two packets of what is called happily: 'slodka chwila muss owocowy' which apparently is polish for 'goopy stuff that looks like mucus and tastes like mushed pears!' It looks much nicer in the picture on the package then how it looks in real life. on the package it looks like applesauce or pudding in life it looks like I've drained my sinuses for a week into a cup and warmed it up. The person who was here before me left it in the apartment, I've seen many packets of this stuff and other flavours in the market on the corner that I shop at. Now I know why she left it behind and didn't eat it. It's not that it tastes bad but... warm mucus. eeeeewwww.
saddly enough I will still eat this because that whole new years resolution of eating healthily has gone right out the window at this point. (case in point: my dinner one night that consisted entirely of oranges.)
